Why have I gone quiet?
Why haven’t I posted here since 5 September? Sheer weight of work. It’s a poor excuse, I know, but it’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
This last week has been one of those weeks. A lot of meetings, sudden demands on time I might have used for blogging… You know the story, I’m sure. But the upshot is I have had neither spare time nor spare energy for writing.
And things aren’t going to be better over the weekend. I’m co-facilitating a training course for our first group of Bahá’ís who wish to serve as healthcare chaplains and spiritual care givers. The course starts this evening and finishes late Sunday afternoon. I’m looking forward to it, but it will involve driving for several hours to the training venue this afternoon and back home again on Sunday.
Next week? I’m hoping to have time to write something sensible here. And I’m co-facilitating a training course next weekend for Bahá’ís who would like to start blogging or improve their blogging skills.
Anyway, I’m still here. BQ is not a deceased blog yet!
