I’ve finished my first read-through of this excellent tome. I’ve skimmed the more familiar material and I’ve read the less familiar chapters more carefully.
Now I need to get my highlighters out and go through the whole book again very carefully.
I know quite a bit of the more techie stuff – not to Alpha Plus Geek level, but well enough. What I’m really looking forward to doing are the exercises that will help me decide what my second blog, which will be the one from which I make my six-figure income (????), will be about. (NB. I do intend to keep Barnabas Quotidianus going.)
Thanks, Darren and Chris.

This made me smile. I’m at exactly the same stage as you, poised with the highlighter pen! It is a good book, isn’t it – I liked that they give different monetisation options from just having advertisements.
Tess, yes, it’s an excellent book. I’m looking forward to getting into the exercises more deeply,
Barney,
I completely agree with your early assessment of ProBlogger … one of the best guides I’ve seen. Now … I need to get working on that six-figure income from blogs.
David
Who’ll get to the six figures first? My bet is on David, since he seems to me to have all or most of the 12 Traits of Successful Bloggers, as proclaimed by Darren Rowse. I know that I miss out on a number of them.
