This where I shall be for the next week, for the 10th International Baha’i Convention.
I’m not taking my laptop and I’m quite unlikely to have time to find a cybercafe and to post here while I’m away. I look forward to getting back to writing in early May. See you then!

Ah lucky man, I’ll be interested to hear what you thought about the proceedings!
Barney, would it be disrespectful to twitter the proceedings? or is there a lack of wifi? in any case, have a wonderful time.
Look forward to reading about it in due time
What if I request some prayers for all baha’i bloggers around the world?
Thank you all for your comments. So far we’ve been having time for spiritual preparation – prayers in the Shrines, visit to the prison cell in Akka, House of Abbud, the House of ‘Abdu’l-Baha – and time to say hello to old friends and making new ones. The election of the Universal House of Justice takes place tomorrow.
If you’re staying at the Dan Panorama (I can tell from the view that the picture was taken from there), there happens to be a small Internet cafe at one of the entrances to the Carmelit subway in Central Carmel. Not too far from the Panorama or any of the hotels up there, really. I used it extensively in December while on pilgrimage.
Thanks, Roger. Actually the picture was taken during a previous trip, but thanks for the tip.
