I assume your comment applies to the Spanish castle visual illusion that my other post links to, Nick.
The JavaScript presumably changes the picture from the one with the dot to the photograph when the mouse goes over the picture. What interests me, though, is the visual effect. It’s very strong if you stare at the dot, but if you look slightly away from the dot it’s not so strong. If you look at the text above the picture, there is no effect. Must be something to do with the effect on ones colour visiual perception of looking at the inverted colours in the picture with the dot.
